Artist extraordinaire, Travis Corich aka Pinhead Customs, has been doing some amazing stuff over the years. Whether it is building cars, painting cars, pinstriping or doing custom metal flake paint schemes on bikes – he is into all aspects of the car culture. His work reflects his passion.
His recently completed 1956 Cadillac is not a keeper, it is a seller. It has to make way for his next project – a mild custom Caddy bathed in black.
So, when it came time to part ways with the old girl, he gave me a call and asked me to weave my magic.
He needed images to sell the car as well as to keep for his memories, so we chose to go with the Silver Package at $295 and used only natural light to bring out the best in his sweetheart.
Trav describes the car as “the quintessential 50’s classic car with Stunning two-tone Mountain Laurel and Alpine white hues.” The car runs gold sabre wheels which tie in nicely with the subdued tones.
It was a great day shooting the car and as usual, having a laugh. If you think the car deserves to be parked in your driveway, it’s only going to see you back a measly $42,500.
